Once the order is placed, our support team contacts you to confirm your availability for the service & an executive is assigned for your order. The executive will reach your location at a preferred time & pickup your device, You can also visit our service centre.

Once the repair completed, You can pay through Cash, UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Wallet, EMI on credit cards.

Once the repair order is completed, you will get an email with an invoice in the attachment. The invoice will have the amount charged for the order and can be used later to claim the warranty.

You will get up to 180 days warranty for the replaced part, you can claim warranty through the app, your device will picked up from your location and get it fix in 24 hours to 48 hours.
