Cancellation / Refund Policy

  • Any extra amount paid by the customer for retail order will be refunded by the company if the customer asks.
  • Users can cancel at any time before actual pick-up. No cancellation charges will be levied.
  •  In case the company denies processing any item because of any reason, the order amount for that item will be refunded to the retail customer.
  •  If a customer wants to cancel the order because of any reason, then the cancellation request can be made before the delivery of the product.
  •  Depending on the kind of product you wish to return, your return request may have to undergo a verification process.
  • Following verification, you will be required to confirm your decision based on the category of the product ordered.
  • Keep ready all the requisite items necessary for a smooth returns process — including invoice, original packaging, price tags, freebies, accessories, etc.
  • Pickup and Delivery of your order will be scheduled hand-in-hand in case of exchanges and replacements.
  • No return is available if the item is purchased on EMI.
  • In the case of electronic items, i.e. smartphones, No return is available if the phone has been activated. ( In such case, policies of a particular brand that has been purchased will be applicable only)
  • If advance payment has been made via direct transfer i.e. Net banking and the order is canceled by the customer or store the full amount that has been paid will be refunded within 2 days.
  • If the advance payment has been made through payment gateways (credit/debit cards, wallets, UPI) and the order is canceled by the customer or store the full amount that has been paid will be refunded within 3 days.
  • Sameday Store will provide a warranty of 1 year for smartphones and smart TVs.
  • Replacement warranty for every brand are the following:
    • Samsung – 14 days
    • Oppo/Vivo – 30 days
    • Mi – 7 days
    • Realme – 7 days
    • Apple – No replacement
  • All the instructions regarding replacement will be given at the time of delivery with the bill.

PRODUCT RETURNS – COMMON SCENARIOS

Whether your order is eligible for product returns, exchange, replacement, or refund?

Here you can familiarize yourself with the common scenarios where you become eligible for the return/exchange and refund so that you can make informed choices get a good shopping experience on Sameday Store.  

  • When you get an order that is defective or damaged:

In such a case, first, check if there is any damage to the product that you ordered. Sometimes, the package may appear to be damaged due to shipping and handling but the product inside the packaging may be in good condition. However, if you notice that your package has been tampered with or the product is not sealed properly in its box, you can reject the order on the spot. If you notice this after you accept the package, you may opt to raise a Return request

  • Out of stock:

If you have placed an order for a particular product and have made a successful payment for the product and due to some reason product goes out of stock during the process you will get the full refund of the amount paid for the product.

  • You get a different order instead of yours:

Sometimes due to some processing error, you might get different order for example you ordered a JBL earphone and got instead some other brands earphones. While this is not a common occurrence, such scenarios should be immediately alerted for Returns. Once notified for return, our delivery personnel will collect the product delivered to you and provide you with a replacement of the exact product that you ordered. Remember to read the return policy on the page where your product is described.

  • If you want a refund:

If you are unsatisfied with your replacement, or if the specific product or model that you want is out of stock, our customer support team may advise you to opt for a refund.

Choose the Request Return option after filling out the details from your ‘My Orders page’. Your refund will be processed after approval.

  • If a product bought from Sameday Store is not functional during its warranty period:

The Sameday Store replacement guarantee stands applicable during the specified period, depending on our return policy and the product category. It is important to first check the Replacement Guarantee period on the return/refund page and then ask for a ‘Return’. If, for some reason, you discovered that the product you ordered has some malfunction or is not working past the guarantee period, get in touch with the authorized service center of the brand in your city.
