  • The Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law, excluding conflict of law rules.

 

  • The customer must provide correct contact information, including his or her name, phone number, email address, and the IMEI number of the device.

 

  • The Service Provider is committed to preventing unauthorized access to the customer’s personal data and will not use it for any purpose other than the service transaction. However, the customer is responsible for creating a data backup because the service provider will not be held liable for data loss.

 

  • The customer should provide a clear explanation of the device’s issue, as well as any other relevant information. The customer will then be given a final, non-negotiable quotation to use as a basis of payment.

 

  • Pick-up and delivery will be free for all services.

 

  • All Sameday devices will be forwarded immediately to the diagnostic department. If any more damage is discovered after the diagnosis, the customer is responsible.

 

  • On all repairs, the company provides a doorstep warranty; customers should fill out the claim warranty section in the app or on the website, and the invoice is necessary for warranty claims.

 

  • The Sameday’s after-service warranty does not cover the following condition:

 

  1. Mishandling might cause damage to the body or the frame.
  2. There has been water damage.
  3. Damage caused by consecutive vertical falls, whether deliberate or unintentional.
  4. Hardware tampering on the inside.
  5. Damage stemming from non-Sameday repairs.
  6. Unrelated to the fix is a software issue.
  7. Damages that are not connected to the initial repair.
  8. Any data loss that occurs as a result of the repairs.
  9. Other third-party technicians performed the repairs.

 

  • 180 days warranty only provided for Touch and Display components other than this the normal warranty provide for all component is 90 days.

 

  • 180 days warranty provided for glass replacements only.

 

  • Battery replacement is covered by a 90-day warranty if the battery has been inflated and is no longer providing backup.

 

  • There is no warranty on motherboard repairs, IC replacements, or any other form of hardware malfunction.

 

  • Company shall not be liable for the device not being collected within 90 days of the repair.

 

  • The company will not take any risk with the Display for curved or standard screen glass replacements. The task will only be completed with the permission of the customer. The company will not be held liable in the event of a failure.
